Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry. We do not recommend putting them in the washing machine or dryer.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! We’ve sold Xero Shoes to people in more than 85 countries around the world.
We use the US Postal service to send our shipments. The cost to ship will depend on the weight of the package and the delivery speed you select; several options will be provided at checkout.

All domestic shipments come with tracking. Limited tracking is available for some first class international shipments depending on the country, and full tracking is available with all Priority Express and Express International shipments.

Though almost all of our international orders arrive without incident, we strongly advise you to select Priority Express International or Express International if you live in a country with a less reliable postal service, including (but not limited to) India, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa, and Indonesia. We cannot guarantee delivery of packages shipped using First Class International.

International delivery can take anywhere from 3 days to 8 weeks depending on how long your order spends in customs at the border.

Please note that some countries do require the payment of import duties for international shipments above a certain value. We advise you to know the import regulations of your country and understand that you will be responsible for payment of any duties and fees imposed by your government at the border.

All packages will be marked as merchandise; as a commercial shipper, we are not able to mark a package as a gift (if you’re giving Xero Shoes as a gift, that’s not the same as us sending a gift).

Perfect from day 1!

I did the ONE thing you're not supposed to do, wear brand new shoes on a rigorous hike. And I never got a blister, not rubbing, not a single teeny tiny issue with these boots. I love the vigorous tread these boots have, and somehow they are still flexible and not stiff! I went hiking up a mountain in a rainforest and never slipped or lost my footing because of slick tread. They bend with my feet and I can still feel the ground, without compromising grip in rough and slippery terrain. These are the 2nd pair of hiking boots I've bought from Xero. I started with the Women's Daylight Hiker Fusion and wore them until the soles literally fell off (about 7 years). They were my daily work boot for a long time and I loved them. These Scrambler's have more to the sole than the Daylights, but I don't loose much connection with the ground or feel they are any heavier. These Scrambler's are definitely a must for really rough and/or slick terrain because of the great grip of the tread. 10 out of 10. 100% recommend to anyone everywhere all the time.

They are so beautiful but didnt work for me

2 stars because I loved the berry color (my favorite) the sturdy soul and wanted them to work... but, my foot wouldn't stay back in the shoe and inched forward bunching my toes to the front of the toe box over time, I know going down slope would exacerbate this issue. I thought maybe having another set of holes farther back on the foot before the ankle might resolve the issue, but I wouldn't dare try to modify such an expensive pair of shoes. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Sizing is Too Small

I have ordered a 8.5 in all my other shoes from Xero, to which they fit perfectly. They are visibly smaller then the sneakers and sandals in length and don’t fit. I’m super disappointed because the shipping to Canada was extremely expensive plus duties, so returning them doesn’t work to get a new size.

Love them, just one small thing

I love these shoes! I sized up a half size from my normal Xero size (from a 9 to a 9.5), but once I did they're great! My only complaint is the insoles slip around to the point where they'd be almost half way down my foot and up my heel by the time I was done walking around. So I just took them out and they've been great since then! Not sure why they were moving, I've never had that issue before with Xero shoes, but since I don't mind not having them in it felt like a minor enough issue to me. Excited to try trail running in these, and until then, they're perfect for walks on the trails with my pup!
