CUSTOMIZATION OF DESIGNS:

I am always happy to customize designs that are featured on my Etsy Shop in the sizes and designs shown with different words or phrases. Please feel free to send me a convo or leave me note in the "Message to Seller" area per your customization request at checkout. You can also choose different chain length options in standard lengths 16, 18, or 20 inch lengths, just leave me a request also at checkout.

ALLERGIES AND TARNISH:
Recycled aluminum is very hypo-allergenic and also is very tarnish resistant ... meaning it does not turn black like sterling silver,brasscopper does so there is a lot less maintenance.

While both Recycled Sterling Silver,Brass,Copper & Gold-Filled jewelry can tarnish they can be cleaned up with a jewelry polishing cloth.

General Care –Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, & beauty products. Remove jewelry before washing hands & showering. Avoid harsh chemicals & cleaning agents. I do not recommend swimming in swimming pools as chlorine in the water can cause damage.

PACKAGING: In an effort to produce less waste your order will come with minimal packaging.

Your jewelry item will come in a cloth drawstring bag or recycled paper gift box that is for you to keep & store your jewelry item in when you're not wearing it! Your order will also come with a recycled paper care instruction card. The mailing envelopes I use are 100% recycled paper with recycled paper padding & can be recycled (or composted) with your mixed use recyclables. Note while I do not add plastic items in your order some USPS Priority mailers are bubble mailers & are plastic but I rarely use these.

PAPER:
All our business cards or office paper used for any print outs that may be included in your order are 100% recycled paper.

PROCESS- First send me an outline image of the piece you would like by email or Etsy convo & I will let you know if it will translate as an outline piece. Let me know the size you would like it to be (ex: 1" x 1") Crisp black outlines work best:) If it is doable, then I would give you a price estimate in the metal you choose either recycled aluminum or in recycled sterling silver & a time estimate when it may be completed. Once it is completed, I will send images for approval & when are all are approved I will make you a Reserved Etsy listing or send you an invoice via PayPal Note: Custom orders can take approx. 10-25 business days depending on the complexity of the piece etc. Deadline for xmas custom orders is November 15

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: It is $17.86 flat fee for USPS First Class shipping international to Europe and beyond, this is my standard shipping. Australia is $20.96. This covers all packaging cost and shipping fees and comes with a delivery/tracking number.
Expected delivery time with first class mail international is usually 4 weeks...sometimes less, but sometimes more. Also USPS does not count weekends as delivery times just weekdays(aka business days

USA orders are shipped via USPS First class 2-7 day delivery($4.50). Quicker shipping upgrades are now available at checkout, USPS Priority which is 2-3 day delivery ($8.10) or USPS Express Mail 1-2 day delivery($28)
