I had never used anything like this before but I’m loving it! So many recipes call for parchment paper under cookies, etc. and I would never use it, resulting in stuck on cookies. This replaces parchment paper and makes cleanup so easy! The cookies just slide right off so there’s no scrubbing the cookie sheet.

First time trying silicone baking sheets. I am hooked! So far, I have made granola; baked a butternut squash; used the mat to roll out tortillas; baked my nut-seed crackers. The granola, and nut-seed crackers normally use several sheets of parchment paper. They slid right off the silicone sheets. I found the nut-seed crackers were easier to roll out on the silicone sheets. I was able to score the craters with a wonderful wooden knife with a lovely beveled edge. No worry about cutting the mat with a sharp instrument. The crackers baked more evenly on the silicone. Each time I baked with the sheets, the clean up was super easy. Wiped with a damp cloth and left to dry on the sweater netting on my drying rack. Rolling out the tortillas was a breeze. The silicone sheet did not slip like the board I normally use. I used a lighter dusting of flour. The tortillas rolled easier and did not stick. Easy to transfer to the hot comal. Baking temperatures from low to 450 deg F. Easy release. Easy clean up. I want to try baking pizza next. Two is not enough; I need more!

I have four of the larger size mats which make baking so much easier. Definitely no stick. They fit a half sheet baking tray. This time, I purchased one of the small mats. It fits my quarter sheet baking trays well. I can see I will have to get another one or two. Highly recommended.
