Middle Eastern Feast: Join the Online Cooking Class

Update January 2019: this course is no longer available but there are lots of online vegan cooking classes and I’ve reviewed the best ones here so you can select the best class for you!

Want to learn how to make 5 vegan Middle Eastern dishes?

I’m so excited to announce the Middle Eastern Feast online cooking class!

For the last month, I’ve been running my first Dinner Party Challenge, where I taught a group of food lovers to make 5 new vegan Greek dishes that they can make for their next dinner party or for their next guests.  (The Greek Feast cooking course is available now – if you buy it you’ll have immediate access)

I decided for next month I wanted to run a cooking class showing you how to make a Middle Eastern feast!

I’ll be showing everyone how to make: the best ever homemade hummus (you’ll never want to buy an overpriced supermarket tub of hummus again), falafel with yoghurt tahini sauce, a zaatar spice topped flatbread, fattoush salad and saffron, pistachio and rosewater ice cream.

Every Thursday, I’ll send you a shopping list, and each Saturday morning I’ll send you the week’s recipes.  (I’m sending them on Saturdays so you have all weekend to make the recipe!)  If you have any issues finding ingredients or questions, you can just hit reply to the email and ask away!

Reserve your place here!

Hurry up and book your place because we start on the 1st of June!

I’m offering the course on “pay what you want” pricing.  That means you can pay as much (or as little) as you think the course is worth, anywhere as little as $0.99 to an infinite amount.

Middle Eastern cooking classes average about $150-250 / £100-175 (including food costs which account for around half the price).  The average price of an online cooking class is around $40-80 / £30-60.

The suggested contribution for my Middle Eastern Feast class is $15-20.

We kick off on the 1st of June, so reserve your spot now.

Until then, happy cooking!
